		<description>My band, Plaid Anxiety, had the honor of playing at Hal&#039;s twice...once when it was literally just a basement and then again after they dug out the pit and made the stage. that place was any Baltimore musician&#039;s landmark and it will be missed...along with the many characters who dwelled there.</description>
